BENEFITS OF INVERT SUGAR

Invert sugar is a sugar that sweetens, improves quality and extends the shelf life of baked goods and confections, used to sweeten foods and drinks. Invert sugar is composed of a mixture of two sugars—glucose and fructose—that is made by heating sucrose with water. Since fructose is much sweeter than sucrose or glucose, inverted liquid sugar is much sweeter than regular table sugar. Invert sugar is ideal for making syrup and baking sweet treats.
